Job summary

Preferred Materials - Concrete Division, a CRH company, is seeking a safety‑driven Ready‑Mix Driver to operate a ready‑mix truck across our Florida markets. You will deliver concrete, perform inspections, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle while coordinating with dispatch and jobsite personnel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
