We are seeking a safety‑driven Ready-Mix Driver who will operate a truck to deliver concrete to job sites, complete inspections, and maintain equipment with a focus on product integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Commitment to safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely to various job sites.
• Complete required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product quality.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and CRH safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and working outdoors.
• Occasionally travel to nearby facilities to support operations.
