CRH plc Preferred Materials - Concrete Division in Florida is seeking Ready-Mix Drivers who are safety‑driven and customer‑focused. You will operate concrete trucks to job sites, complete inspections, and maintain product integrity while communicating with dispatch and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must pass all pre‑employment screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites.
• Complete all required inspections and documentation.
• Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain a clean truck and work environment.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors.
• Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
