A well-established construction materials company is seeking an experienced Ready-Mix Concrete Production Manager to oversee daily plant, production, dispatch, delivery, fleet, and quality-control operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ready-mix production, dispatch, delivery, and plant operations.
• Supervise plant employees, dispatchers, drivers, and operational staff.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Monitor concrete quality, production efficiency, equipment utilization, and operating costs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for plants, trucks, loaders, and related equipment.
• Work closely with sales teams, contractors, customers, and quality-control personnel.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Track operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in ready-mix concrete, construction materials, aggregates, asphalt, or a related industry.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production, batching, dispatch, and delivery.
• Understanding of safety, quality-control, transportation, and environmental requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple plants or operating locations.
• Knowledge of dispatch, fleet-management, or concrete-batching systems.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and operational performance management.
• Relevant degree or industry certification.
