About This Job

As a Ready Mix Plant Manager, you lead all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality ready‑mix concrete. You oversee minor equipment maintenance, and maintain a safe working environment while adhering to budgetary guidelines and regulatory requirements. Your role is critical in driving operational excellence and meeting customer demands.

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Ability to work in a plant environment, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
