Job summary

APAC Central Inc. is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to a variety of projects and customers across Arkansas. You will operate modern mixer trucks, often alone, with support from the team when needed.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logs, and professional interaction with customers. The role requires a valid CDL A or B, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.
Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
