Job summary

Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in Bellevue, WA seeks energetic part-time Tutors (Clinicians) to help students of all ages reach reading and comprehension potential. Training is provided and work is on-site at the Bellevue Learning Center.

Hours are Monday–Friday, typically mornings or afternoons, with paid training days required. The hourly rate ranges from $23 to $25, with additional benefits for eligible part-time staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.
• Possess basic computer skills and ability to record notes about student performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group instruction, in-person or online, following prepared lesson plans.
• Facilitate use of Lindamood-Bell curriculum for academy students.
• Interact professionally with clients and staff to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Manage client records, both handwritten and electronic.
