Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in Massachusetts is seeking energetic Educational Clinicians / Tutors to deliver one-to-one and small group instruction, in-person or online, following structured Lindamood-Bell curricula under center leadership.

Ideal candidates have a passion for helping others reach potential, possess strong reading, spelling, and comprehension skills, and are comfortable recording student progress.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Strong reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Record notes on student performance during sessions.
• Prior teaching experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group instruction, in-person or online, following specific lesson plans.
• Facilitate the use of Lindamood-Bell curriculum for academy students.
• Interact positively with clients and staff to maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
• Manage client records, handwritten and electronic.
