Job summary
Ampact is seeking a Reading Tutor for the 2026-27 school year in Hancock, Minnesota. You will help students improve their reading skills by leading small group sessions in local schools. Essential qualifications include being dependable, fluent in English, and having a high school diploma. Positions are full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (25 hours/week) with daytime hours. A stipend is provided for full-time members, and employees receive training and coaching to enhance their skills.
Qualifications
Dependable with a history of good attendance.
Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
Proficient in basic computer skills like email and online navigation.
Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Responsibilities

Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule.
