Job summary

Ampact is hiring Reading Tutors in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to support students in improving their reading skills during the 2026-27 school year. Tutors will work full-time (35 hours a week) and part-time positions are available (25 hours a week). Responsibilities include leading tutoring sessions, tracking students' progress, and conducting skill assessments. Candidates must be 18+, possess a high school diploma, and be fluent in English. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software.
