Job summary

Ampact is seeking Reading Tutors for the 2026-27 school year in Minnesota. As a Reading Tutor, you’ll provide essential support to students, helping them improve their reading skills. The ideal candidates will be dependable, have basic computer skills, and must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.

Available positions include full-time (35 hours/week) and part-time (25 hours/week) roles, with daytime hours corresponding to school schedules. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• History of good attendance.
• Ability to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and organize schedules.
• Track student progress and meet with coaches.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores.
