Job description

We're looking for a Reading Room Specialist to join our growing team! This position is responsible for managing incoming communications, coordinating imaging-related requests, supporting radiologists and clinical staff, and maintaining efficient department operations. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-volume healthcare setting. Purpose

Maintain operations in the radiology reading areas. Provide an organized work area in the reading room. Ensure that the radiologist's needs are met and ensure all radiology exams are dictated within twenty-four hours.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and organize multiple duties in a constantly changing environment.
  • Available for duty according to department guidelines for unscheduled absences, punctuality and manpower requirements.
