Ignite Reading is seeking a contracted DIBELS Assessment Administrator to travel to K-3 classrooms across Massachusetts, administering DIBELS/Acadience assessments per protocol. You’ll support educators by gathering accurate data and ensuring student comfort during testing.

This part-time role offers a transparent hourly rate of $55, with 10–20 hours weekly during window periods. The assignment runs 3–4 weeks, not exceeding 300 total hours, and requires valid driver's license, reliable

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students in educational settings.
• Must be located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Albany (NY), Connecticut, or New Hampshire; preference for central/eastern MA.
• Flexibility to work with different schools during the academic day.
• Strong knowledge of the science of reading and foundational skills.
• Knowledge of the Amplify mCLASS assessment tool.
• Experience administering DIBELS 8th or Acadience or related early literacy assessments.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow assessment protocols.
• Must pass federal and MA background checks.

Responsabilités

• Travel to assigned Massachusetts schools to administer DIBELS/Acadience assessments for K-3 students.
• Schedule assessment sessions with school staff to minimize disruption.
• Record and maintain assessment data in Amplify mCLASS; ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Provide clear instructions to students during assessment; address questions from students or staff.
• Follow standardized procedures to maintain data integrity; report irregularities.
• Compile and submit assessment data and results to Ignite Reading in a timely manner; generate progress reports.
