Job summary

CPCCo's Emergency Management Department seeks a Readiness Assurance Operations Support Specialist to implement program elements for the Emergency Preparedness Program, interfacing across teams. The role influences high-visibility outcomes and emergency preparedness objectives.

You will assist with assessments, act as SME for requirements, coordinate issues management, and participate in drills and EOC duties as needed, within a 4-10s schedule and supportive benefits environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years relevant experience (Intermediate Grade 14).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience (Intermediate Grade 15).
• The higher posted level depends on needs, education, and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Emergency Management assessments.
• Serve as a Requirements Management SME for Emergency Management.
• Act as the Point of Contact for Emergency Management issues management.
• Participate in assessment and emergency preparedness drills evaluations.
• Serve as a trained controller/evaluator on emergency preparedness drills.
• Represent an assigned Emergency Operations Center position during an emergency.
