The Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant is responsible for helping to provide a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for pupils. The role involves supervising children in dining and play areas, encouraging positive behaviour and inclusive play, supporting pupils with their meals and general hygiene, and responding appropriately to accidents, welfare concerns or safeguarding issues.
