Job summary

North Wales Housing is seeking a Housing Support Officer (Agile) to contribute to a person-centred, trauma-informed support service in line with NWH standards and stakeholder requirements. The role is remote with full-time hours and a starting salary of £26,551 per year.

You will report to the Supported Housing Manager and work to ensure building safety, respond to incidents, maintain records, assist clients with housing and benefits, and run engagement activities to promote social inclusion

Qualifications

  • Deliver a person-centred, trauma-informed support service in line with NWH standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure safety of building and residents and respond to incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records and hand over to staff as appropriate.
  • Assist clients with housing and benefits claims.
  • Promote social inclusion through engagement activities.
