Nexter Ltd is seeking Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join welcoming nurseries across Greenwich. Whether newly qualified or returning to childcare, you will be supported by a mentoring team in a nurturing setting.

We are looking for warm, approachable educators who genuinely want to make a positive impact in the early years. You do not need years of unbroken experience—just a brilliant attitude, your Level 3 qualification, and a love for working with children!

What you will be doing:

Helping to cultivate a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and ready to learn.

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Supporting children through their daily routines, including mealtimes, creative play, and outdoor adventures.

Building lovely, open relationships with parents and carers, chatting with them daily about their child's progress.

Working closely with a friendly team who will be there to guide, support, and collaborate with you every step of the way.
