Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Passion for working with children and a positive attitude.
• Team player with willingness to learn and be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging environment for children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on EYFS.
• Support daily routines, including meals, play, and outdoor activities.
• Build open relationships with parents and carers and share progress.
• Work with a supportive team to guide and develop practical classroom confidence.
