Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for the company, performing client assessments, building care plans and shadowing Care Workers to ensure high-quality care. The role involves 75–95% field work and 25–5% office administration, contributing to the UK’s fastest growing technology-enabled care provider.

You will lead a small team, conduct care plan reviews, uphold compliance, and participate in provider meetings.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible and available to work in field
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector
• Organised and reliable
• NVQ desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews of them
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conducting Carer Interviews and supporting with compliance
• Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities
• Hands on carer
• Take part in Out of hours on call
• Engage in team meetings

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks.
