Key tasks include coordinating visits, matching carers to service users, handling rota planning, and ensuring care plans are up to date. You will participate in onboarding, training, and on-call duties while upholding CQC standards and company policies.

  • Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
  • Compassionate and professional approach.
  • Must be a driver with a vehicle.

We are seeking an organised, compassionate and proactive
