The Role: Supporting clients in Shrewsbury, Monkmoor, Copthorne, Sutton Farm, Whitchurch Road, Sundorne, Mountplesant, Heathfarm, Bomere Heath and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
