Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd seeks a caregiver to support a 54-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy in his own home. Shifts include daytimes, evenings, and some weekend work, aligned with his weekly routine and activities.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication, while helping him enjoy weekends and community activities as he returns from day centre. Training will be provided.

Job description

Shifts: Day shifts available | Monday to Friday, 3:15 pm – 9:30 pm | Weekends, 7:00 am – 9:30 pm

Driver: Yes - A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, due to the geographical location of the role.

In this role, you’ll support a 54-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy in his own home. Our client attends a day centre during the week, and you’ll provide support when he returns home, helping him with his evening and night-time routine.

At weekends, you may also support him to get out and enjoy activities in the community. He particularly enjoys hydrotherapy swimming, listening to music and watching television.
