Job summary

Community Case Management Limited is seeking organised and reliable complex care support workers to care for a 26-year-old male with cerebral palsy, severe epilepsy, peg feeding and learning difficulties. The role requires a full driving licence as it involves taking the client out in the community in the client’s WAV, with a focus on fun and a positive approach.

Available hours include 36 hours per week with shifts including alternate Wednesdays and weekend coverage, plus various day and night

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Experience working with epilepsy preferred.
• Willing to undergo rigorous induction, Care certificate and client-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour support and 2:1 care to the client.
• Take the client on community trips in the WAV with the client.
• Support client in activities such as hydrotherapy, festivals and holidays when applicable.
