Job summary

Kelly Park Limited is seeking Health Care Assistants to provide domiciliary home care in Durham and surrounding villages. You will promote independence, accompany clients to appointments, assist with meals and daily activities, and help with personal care in service users’ own homes.

The role offers flexible hours, paid training, and a supportive team. DBS clearance and two references are required; a guaranteed contracted hours arrangement is available.

Responsibilities

Health Care Assistant - Durham (DH1, DH4 & DH6)

Kelly Park Limited is a family run business founded in August 1994. We are Durham County Council’s preferred provider and are delighted to announce we have secured a 6-year contract with the local authority, providing domiciliary home care support to vulnerable adults and children across the county. We work in partnership with Skills for Care and Durham County Council’s Care Academy to continuously improve and develop the skills set of our staff, ensuring that we can meet the ever-changing needs of our service users. We aim to provide a high-quality person-centred Care to our service users, ensuring they enjoy the best quality of life in their own homes, promoting their independence, respecting their privacy and dignity.

Work available in the following villages within: Belmont, Bowburn, Carville, Durham Central, Gilesgate, Haswell, High Pittington, High Shincliffe, Ludworth, Shadforth, Sherburn Hill, Sherburn Village, Nevilles Cross, Newton Hall.

Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own home.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Pay we will pay you £13.70 per hour and £14.50 on bank holidays, we are offering Guaranteed contracted hours to enable job, financial security.

Training full paid practical training including induction & shadowing will be provided.
