Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting for a term-time role covering the Worcester area, supporting a fast-paced school kitchen. You will prepare meals, keep prep and serving areas stocked, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.

You will travel to different sites and must have a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm, with benefits from Sodexo's wellbeing and rewards programs.

Covering the Worcester area you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, ensuring we are offering the best service possible. As well as this, you work no unsociable hours and get public holidays off… including Christmas!

Package Description

Term-time roles. Full-time progression”

£13.00 per hour (mileage expenses: first 10.000 miles per miles 0.45pence miles, after it will be 0.25pence per mile)

20hours per week

Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm

Term Time only(39week Working Contract paid over 52 weeks)**

This position requires and Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE REIMBURSEDRetention BONUSfor all attached mobile roles–£200on successful completion of 12 week probation, further£300after 52 weeks complete employment in role.

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.**
