Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead an incredible kitchen team. You’ll work with the Head Chef to drive pace, uphold elite standards, and keep the energy high during busy services.

You’ll master HACCP paperwork, coach the next generation of chefs, and ensure every plate is sent with pride and precision.

• Proven Leadership: Solid experience in a similar Sous Chef role within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Operational Edge: You know your way around stock control, waste reduction, and food safety compliance.
