Prezzo Trading LTD in Ware, MA is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead a fast-paced kitchen and partner with the Head Chef to set the pace and maintain elite standards. You’ll drive hospitality, coaching the team to deliver consistent, high-quality plates with pride and precision.

You’ll own HACCP paperwork, stock control, and waste reduction, uphold food safety, and foster a fun, respectful team culture that elevates the dining experience for every guest.
