Home Bargains in Haverhill is seeking a Team Leader to work closely with the management team, setting daily priorities and guiding the team to achieve targets with confidence.

You will welcome new starters, coach colleagues, and develop skills while maintaining store standards, merchandising, and safety. This role offers clear development opportunities and a rewarding retail career with our team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to support colleagues and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Demonstrated skills in prioritising and organising daily tasks.

• Clear, confident communication with customers and colleagues.
