Sanctuary Lodge is a leading private addiction treatment centre based in North Essex. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing care and support to clients during the night.

You will help ensure client safety, respond calmly to incidents, offer emotional support, carry out routine checks and light administrative tasks, and maintain a secure environment in line with safeguarding policies.
