Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Limited seeks a passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) for a part-time role in Bromley. The position supports children with learning through play, providing a safe and inclusive environment, and following the EYFS framework.

25 hours weekly across four days, term-time with 43 weeks per year. The successful candidate will have Level 3 childcare or equivalent, nursery experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team to promote early years

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or equivalent.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• Solid understanding of child development and EYFS practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)

Location: Bromley

Hours: 25 hours per week, worked over either 4 days, Monday to Thursday – 43 weeks per year

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in nurturing children's development, supporting their learning through play, and creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent.
