Job summary

TRCC Transport, Inc. is hiring a reactor operator at our Dalton, GA facility to produce surfactants, polymers and dispersions from batch tickets. Role includes loading trucks, operating a lift truck, labeling materials, and ensuring batch integrity and safety.

The candidate will review production schedules, sample batches, monitor controls, and maintain clean equipment and work areas. On-site work with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply safe handling procedures and SDS.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens.
• Basic math including ratios, rates, and percentages.
• Stay organized and multitask effectively.
• Communicate clearly and concisely.
• Work well in a team and take initiative.
• Lift truck experience or willingness to learn to operate one.

Responsibilities

• Pass fitness for duty test, drug screen, and TB test.
• Label drums, bags and super sacks.
• Ensure quantities match batch tickets.
• Work on mezzanine ~12 feet high with safety rail.
• Receive and review production schedule at shift start.
• Pull samples for lab analysis.
• Ensure equipment is clean and ready to operate.
• Verify reactor integrity and cleanliness.
• Stage raw materials per specs and produce batches.
• Monitor batch process and report deviations promptly.
