Total Reliance Contracting Co. is seeking a Reactor Operator for our RST facility to produce batches of surfactants, polymers and dispersions from batch tickets.

Responsibilities include loading trucks, packaging materials, and operating a lift truck as needed to move raw materials and totes around the facility. You will follow batch sheets and SOPs, monitor the batch process, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for the next batch.

Qualificações

• :Must pass fitness for duty test, drug screen and TB test after offer
• :Proper labeling of drums, bags and super sacks
• :Ensure quantities align with batch ticket
• :Work on mezzanine ~12 feet high with safety rail
• :Climb industrial stairs with handrail to mezzanine
• :Receive and review production schedule at shift start
• :Review batch sheets and SOPs before each batch
• :Pull samples for lab analysis
• :Ensure equipment is clean and ready to operate
• :Verify reactor integrity and cleanliness
• :Report equipment issues promptly
• :Verify inventory levels for production
• :Stage raw materials per specifications
• :Produce batches
• :Monitor batch process and adjust controls as needed
• :Inspect equipment and notify maintenance
• :Record batch details on Batch Sheets
• :Document batch issues promptly
• :Maintain clean, safe workspace
• :Follow PPE and safety guidelines
• :Report hazards promptly
• :Cross-train when assigned
• :On-site, no remote work
• :Perform other duties as assigned

Responsabilidades

• Verify quantities against batch tickets.
• Operate lift truck when needed.
• Monitor batch processes and adjust controls.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Complete Batch Sheets with materials and times.
• Record batch yield and waste for QC.
• Stage raw materials per specs and quantities.
• Review SOPs and batch sheets before starting.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to PPE and safety guidelines.
• Cross-train as needed.
• Job performed on-site with no remote work.
