Vanguard Soap is seeking a Reactor Operator to safely manufacture liquid soap and personal care products. You will operate reactors, mixing tanks, and related equipment while following approved formulas and batch records.

You’ll monitor process parameters and maintain GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accurate data logging, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with teams to ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Understanding GMP and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to follow batch records and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture products per batch records and SOPs.
• Review schedules, tickets, and formulas before runs.
• Log production data accurately in real time.
• Operate reactors, mixing tanks, and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Train new operators as needed.
