Job summary

ECG Facilities Services is hiring for a role focused on M&E maintenance, providing routine PPM visits and reactive repairs across electrical services and plant rooms. The role uses CAFM tablets to log tasks and requires strong communication with site teams and contractors.

We value candidates with private FM experience, SFG20 knowledge, and excellent numeracy and literacy. NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and 18th Edition are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in private FM sector.
• Solid understanding of SFG20 service specification.
• Self-starter, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
• High level of verbal, written and numeric skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Routine PPM visits and reactive repairs to electrical services assets (internal, external & emergency lighting, distribution boards).
• Perform meter readings and related tasks.
• Weekly sprinkler system bell testing and plant room inspections.
• Assist with sub-contractor coordination on site for PPM/reactive works.
• Use ECG CAFM system on tablet to update tasks in a timely manner.
