Job summary

Tenkara Labs, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to own the end-to-end frontend/full-stack React experience for our manufacturing platform.

You’ll shape how users source materials, manage orders, and collaborate with suppliers, delivering a polished and scalable UI. You’ll build and optimize dashboards and workflows with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and PostgreSQL, collaborating closely with product and design to turn complex supply chain needs into elegant interfaces.

Qualifications

• High level of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend/full-stack React development.
• Deep TypeScript expertise with type-safe code and advanced patterns.
• Next.js mastery: App Router, Server Components, Server Actions, and edge runtime.
• Database expertise with PostgreSQL including schema design, query optimization, and migrations.
• Product intuition to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• UI/UX sensibility with design systems such as Shadcn or Radix.
• Supply chain or logistics domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development end-to-end across dashboard, operations center, and supplier management modules.
• Architect performant React applications using Next.js App Router, React Server Components, TailwindCSS and streaming patterns.
• Shape product direction by partnering with product and design to define requirements and iterate on feedback.
• Build complex workflows like quote optimization, material comparison, and order booking flows.
• Bridge development across the stack to shape APIs and UX for long-running jobs and streaming results.
