OpenWorks is seeking a Mobile Developer to build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps that extend our OpenWorks digital platform to customers, providers, and field teams. You will own React Native features from concept through deployment and manage releases across Apple App Store and Google Play.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building production mobile applications with React Native.
• Experience deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Proficiency with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Git, and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of cross-platform mobile development and iOS/Android release workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement React Native features and UI components with responsive layouts and smooth performance.
• Own end-to-end release process for Apple App Store and Google Play including signing and store listings.
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful and GraphQL APIs with authentication and offline support.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and monitor crash and performance metrics to improve stability.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions to improve the mobile platform.
