Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional front-end experience with React.js.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

Joining us as a React Developer , you will play a pivotal role in driving front-end excellence across large-scale digital transformation projects that impact the lives of millions of EU citizens. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, guiding teams, shaping strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions.

As a React Developer you will:

• Contribute to thefront-end architecture and technical directionacross projects, helping build scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with and supportcross-functional development teams, sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
• Act as atechnical point of reference for React and front-end technologies, promoting best practices, clean code, and consistent engineering standards.
• Work closely witharchitects, product owners, and stakeholdersto translate business requirements into robust and practical technical solutions.
• Design and develophigh-performance, secure, and scalable web applicationsusing modern front-end technologies.
• Follow and contribute tocoding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and modern development methodologies.
• Identify technical challenges and risks early, contributing to effective solutions and mitigation strategies.

• Experience working inAgile development environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strongcommunication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability totake ownership of technical solutions, contribute to engineering decisions, and support less experienced team members.
