Job description

About Crossroads Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites. We believe the story of Jesus' redemption is the greatest story ever told, and that's why we embrace creativity, adventure, authenticity, and tenacity to share this story with the world. Our desire is to model our staff and church community after the church in Revelation, where people of all nations, tribes, and tongues are worshiping and working together. We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.

Job Summary The ReachOut Site Director is responsible for growing Crossroads’ local impact by cultivating key community partnerships, mobilizing and developing leaders, and empowering volunteers to lead our largest outreach efforts: GO Day, Thanksgiving Food Drive, and Christmas Gift Drive. This role calls for a relational leader who can represent Crossroads in the community, connect strategically with partners, and build a strong pipeline of site-based leaders who are equipped and resourced to lead teams of volunteers in service to their city. This role is for someone who’s equally relational and executional—you can energize a room of volunteers, build trust with school or civic leaders, and coordinate a thousand moving parts to pull off large-scale events. You care deeply about helping people in need—and you’re relentless about making it happen.
