Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Reach Truck Operators in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, with schedules Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays. You will operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts in clean warehouse environments servicing Commercial HVAC parts.

Position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient fulfillment, with paid training and opportunities for advancement within Ryder's distributed network across the United States.

Qualificações

• Two years of related warehouse and powered industrial lift experience.
• Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for safety and operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to input data into computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions.
• Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions affect the customer.
• Recognize damaged product and take appropriate action.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned.
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify pallets.
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation.
