Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment and be punctual.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform warehouse functions (loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving).
• Maintain accuracy in cycle counting and documentation.
• Assist with day-to-day paperwork and totes/logistics tasks.
• Provide support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform duties within contract performance guidelines.
