Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Reach Truck/Forklift driving experience.
• Proven ability to navigate warehouse racking safely.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly to coordinate with dispatch and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Reach Truck Operation: Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts in narrow aisle racking.
• Order Selection: Use RF scan guns to pick orders from inventory.
• Logistics & Staging: Load/unload trailers and store inbound freight for shipment.
• Warehouse Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and inspect trailers for safety.
