Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. is seeking a Reach Truck Operator/Forklift to support receiving, storing, and shipping operations in our Illinois distribution environment. You will follow RF-based processes, label products, and ensure accurate cycle counts while maintaining a safety-first approach.

The role requires forklift certification and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with possible overtime. Compensation starts at $20.00–$20.75 per hour DOE, located in Niles, IL 60714.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Certified forklift operator preferred.
• Safety Powered Industrial Truck Operation certificate desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store goods using RF scanners
• Load/unload materials in shipping and receiving areas
• Label and ship orders to meet quality standards
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory records
• Operate forklift and related equipment to move merchandise
• Maintain safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
• Assist teammates and other departments as needed
