Arvato is seeking experienced Material Handlers to operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers, moving materials between production and storage areas with precision.

You'll use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP to ensure accurate inventory handling in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and lift-truck experience are required; join us to contribute to logistics excellence.

• Must be able to operate reach truck to heights of up to 40 feet.
• Must have strong math and computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift less than 10 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate stand-up forklifts, reach lifts, and cherry pickers to accurately transport component materials between production departments and staging/storage locations.
• Inventory organization and maintenance; inventory tracking as products are received, moved, and shipped.
• Perform cycle counting and data entry of count results; inspect inventory for defects or damages and document in systems.
• Fill and check customer orders; hand off processed packages to carriers; stage, process, package and ship material and orders.
• Enter data in warehouse management (SAP) programs; interface with management to ensure objectives are realized.
• Unload incoming material and assist delivery carriers; verify inbound material against paperwork and resolve discrepancies.
• Support continuous process improvements; follow safety hygiene regulations and 7s program.

Job Description

Arvato is seeking skilled Material Handlers to operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up Reach Truck and Cherry Picker / Order Picker, to move materials and finished goods between production and storage areas.

You’ll use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory handling in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience with lift trucks and a strong attention to detail, we would love to have you join our team!

Shifts are Monday - Friday

2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm

3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts, reach lifts, and cherry pickers, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations
• Inventory organization and maintenance.
• Inventory tracking as products received into, moved through, and shipped from the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counting of inventoried materials that can include counting, recording, re-counting and data entry of count results.
• Inspect inventory for defects or damages, including documentation of such into warehouse & inventory management systems.
• Fill and check customer orders; including handing-off of processed packages to carriers.
• Stage, process, package and ship material & orders accurately, including receipt and delivery to internal clients.
• Enter data in warehouse management (SAP) programs.
• Interface with and assist management, including across departments to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Unload incoming material from truck shipments and assist delivery carriers with unloading of parcels.
• Inspect, review, verify and record inbound material against delivery paperwork and document any discrepancies through appropriate channels.
• Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines.
• Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean and goal-oriented work environment.
