Job summary

Arvato is seeking an warehouse associate to operate forklifts and support daily warehousing tasks at multiple Kentucky locations. You will handle materials, stage orders, and assist with inventory control to keep production flowing.

The role requires experience with powered equipment, knowledge of WMS, and a commitment to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehousing or logistics experience.
• Experience operating powered dock stocker and reach truck.
• Knowledge of WMS pertaining to warehouse activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, dock stockers and reach trucks safely.
• Inventory organization and maintenance.
• Unassisted lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Process and stage orders for packing and shipping.
• Enter data into warehouse management systems (SAP/WMS).
• Support cross-departmental objectives and process improvements.

Job Description

This role will use powered equipment to safely, efficiently, and accurately transport products, materials, and supplies throughout the warehouse in support of production processes.

Locations & Shifts:

Location: LVL7 - 972 Conestoga Parkway, Shepherdsville, Kentucky 40165.

• A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday & every other Saturday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
• B Shift: Wednesday-Friday & every other Saturday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Location: LVL3 - 2825 Transglobal Dr, Louisville, KY 40219

• A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM every other Saturday 6:00AM to 6:30PM
• B Shift: Wednesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM every other Saturday 6:00AM to 6:30PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Location: LVL4 - 637 E. Blue Lick Rd, Shepherdsville, KY 40165

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Location: LVL6 - 310 Velocity Way, Shepherdsville, KY 40165

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• Weekend:Saturday to Monday (6am - 6:30pm) and every other Tuesday (6am - 2:30pm)
• 1 year of experience operating forklifts, including dock stockers and reach trucks.
• Inventory organization and maintenance
• Unassisted lifting up to 50lbs
• Inventory tracking as products are received into, moved through, and shipped from the warehouse
• Perform cycle counting of inventoried materials that can include counting, recording, re-counting, and data entry of count results
• Inspect inventory for defects or damages, including documentation of such into warehouse & inventory management systems
• Fill and check customer orders, including handing off processed packages to carriers
• Stage, process, package, and ship material & orders accurately, including receipt and delivery to internal clients
• Enter data in warehouse management (SAP) programs
• Interface with and assist management, including across departments, to ensure key objectives are realized
• Unload incoming material from truck shipments and assist delivery carriers with the unloading of parcels
• Inspect, review, verify, and record inbound material against delivery paperwork and document any discrepancies through appropriate channels
• Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Follow and maintain 7s Program and guidelines
• Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal oriented work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics
• Experience operating a powered dock stocker and reach truck
• Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities is required
