Job summary

Arvato is a global 3PL provider with locations across the United States and a focus on supply chain excellence. As a Reach Truck Operator in Louisville, KY, you will move materials between production and storage areas, operate SAP/ERP inputs/outputs, and help transport goods to shipping locations.

The role starts at $20.50/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. Bring at least 1 year of reach truck experience and a high school diploma to join our logistics team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of reach truck operation experience.
• 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of WMS pertaining to warehouse activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and cherry picker to move components between production and storage areas.
• Use SAP/ERP for inputs/outputs and track materials.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service levels.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Support audits and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

As a Reach Truck Operator at Arvato, you will be responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, primarily a Reach Truck and Cherry Picker, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations. You will also use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs as well as transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.

Starts at $20.50/hour

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus

YOUR TASKS:

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of experience operating a reach truck.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities required
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
