Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates / Reach Truck Operators for a full-time opportunity. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience and forklift operation, with reach truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and operating warehouse equipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Immediate start date.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Reach truck experience strongly preferred.
• Previous shipping, receiving, or inventory management experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks to move materials.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, prepare, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records and track material movements.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or defects.
• Report damaged products to management and assist with counts.
• Keep warehouse equipment and areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S standards.
