Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Reach Truck Operator to unload/load trailers, count inventory, perform order picking, and move goods using a reach truck and forklift.

The role requires 1 year of reach truck experience and the ability to work a 12:00pm–8:30pm schedule with overtime as needed. You will verify shipments, rotate stock, and use scanners and tablets for inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous high reach forklift and/or warehouse training.
• 1 year Warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers and verify stacking; ensure product stays separate per pallet and use tape/stretch-wrap for stability.
• Count products before storage; compare with driver’s manifest; inspect for damage, infestation, and dates; report issues to supervisor.
• Perform picking duties to prepare shipments; ensure correct items and lots; maintain efficient, safe workflow. Pallet heights up to 7 feet.
• Operate forklift, clamp truck, slip-sheet or other equipment; inspect daily; follow safety procedures and company policies.
