Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in West Jefferson, OH is seeking a Logistics Reach Truck Operator to safely move goods using Crown reach trucks, order pickers, and other equipment. The role requires forklift experience and the ability to work 6:00am–2:30pm Tuesday–Saturday with potential overtime.

As a Logistics Reach Truck Operator, you’ll use your forklift experience to safely transport, load, and unload products throughout our facility using Crown-brand reach trucks, order pickers, sit-down forklifts, and other material handling equipment. This position is located at our West Jefferson site at 1050 Gateway Park Drive, OH. The shift is 6:00am-2:30pm Tuesday-Saturday and overtime may be included.

How you create impact

• You will operate a Crown reach truck to load and unload designated trailers, pick orders, and move and store products throughout the warehouse
• Verify and receive materials in inventory
• Your responsibilities may include palletizing and shrink wrapping
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation equipment checks
• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of recent experience operating Crown-brand forklifts, such as order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Can work overtime or weekends
• Can walk or stand for extended periods of time
