Accelera in Niles, IL is seeking a dedicated Reach Truck Operator to support our food production facility. The role focuses on safely transporting materials with reach trucks, accurate pallet handling, and maintaining organized stock in assigned areas to support production and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 24 months of reach truck experience, can work a refrigerated environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and commit to the 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shift with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of professional experience operating reach trucks.
• Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Ability to lift and handle cases up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for 1st shift 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reach trucks to transport and position materials across the facility safely.
• Ensure precision when selecting and moving individual pallets and cases.
• Manage the loading, unloading, and systematic arrangement of stock in assigned areas.
• Assist production and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all food and warehouse safety protocols.
• Keep the workspace tidy, orderly, and hazard‑free.
