Caleres in Chino, CA is seeking a Reach Truck, Pacer/Clamp, Cherry Picker Operator - Shipping and Receiving. This role is 1st shift, 6:00am–2:30pm (Mon-Fri), with potential overtime and a safety‑driven team environment in our distribution center.

You will pick orders, pack and label accurately, and collaborate with coworkers to maintain smooth warehouse operations. Must have 1–2 years warehouse experience and forklift certification, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Fork Lift Certification required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective time management and positive team player required.

Responsibilities

• Order picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications; pack orders securely and label accordingly.
• Meet safety standards: Move product safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Team collaboration: Work with warehouse staff, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet customer demands.
